Term of Use and Privacy Policy

Introduction

Welcome to the Easy Follow app. Make sure you have read and understood the “Terms and Conditions of Use” and the “Privacy Policy”, collectively called “Terms”, which constitute the agreement between the EasyFollow app and the User, as defined below, after the manifestation of “Accept”. Acceptance of the Terms is essential for using the Application, which is available for free download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.

Through the free registration as a User and/or through the use of the Application or the services available on the Application, the User, regardless of whether or not the Application and the services available, agrees and undertakes to comply with all the provisions and conditions established. these Terms (“Accept”).

EASY FOLLOW may make changes and updates to the Terms, as well as change the functionality of the Application and the services provided at any time. If EASY FOLLOW makes any material changes to these Terms, it will post those changes and endeavor to notify you of such changes. We recommend that the User reviews the Terms frequently and emphasize that the use of the Application and the services, after any changes to the Terms, implies the User's full knowledge and agreement with all changes.

If the User does not agree with the changes, or if, for any reason, the User no longer wishes to use the Application, the User must suspend the use of the available services and uninstall the Application from his smartphone-type cell phone.

User Registration:

· The information provided during registration is the sole responsibility of the person who entered it, so that EASY FOLLOW is not responsible for any errors made by the User during registration. The User exempts EASY FOLLOW from any liability arising from error, inaccuracy or non-truthfulness of the personal data and other information provided during the registration and use of the Application, as well as for any violation of third party rights caused by means of of using the Application.

Limitations of Liability

· As a result of legal provisions, EASY FOLLOW does not sell assets to the User, its activity being limited to the availability of the Application, which serves as a facilitating tool to monitor the asset market by the User.

· Additionally, EASY FOLLOW is not responsible for:

· For any damages of any nature that may be due to access, interception, elimination, alteration, modification or manipulation, by unauthorized third parties, of files and communications transmitted through the Application;

· For any costs levied on the use of the User's mobile device features eventually charged by their mobile operator;

· For any problems arising from the installation of the Application on the User's mobile device, as well as for its functioning, existence and integrity of any and all data and files existing on said device.

Intellectual property

· The brands, names, logos, domain names and other distinctive signs, as well as any and all content, design, art or layout published on the Application are the exclusive property of EASY FOLLOW or licensed to it, copies, imitations or their use without the prior written consent of EASY FOLLOW.

· Also, any acts or contributions aimed at decompiling the Application, reverse engineering, modifying the characteristics, expanding, altering, merging or incorporating it into any other programs or systems are prohibited. Finally, any form of reproduction, in whole or in part, permanent, temporary or provisional, free of charge or for a fee, under any modalities, forms or titles of the Application, is expressly prohibited.

· EASY FOLLOW also reserves the right to cancel and/or block the User's access, at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if it is found that the User, through the Application, has practiced any act or conduct that (i) violates the laws and regulates federal, state and/or municipal entities in force; (ii) violates the rights of third parties; (iii) contravene these Terms; and (iv) is incompatible with the use, performance and/or development of the Application.

· The User agrees to indemnify EASY FOLLOW, controlled or controlling companies, directors, administrators, collaborators, representatives, employees and partners, for any loss, liability, claim or demand resulting from losses resulting from the misuse of the Application.

· The Privacy Policy also applies to these Terms and Conditions. Any personal information of the User obtained through the Application will be used in accordance with said Policy and in accordance with the provisions of these Terms.

· The User declares that he has read, is aware and in full agreement with the content of the Privacy Policy, and allows EASY FOLLOW, from now on, to use his registration data to send communications regarding the financial market and advertising material, automatic subscription promotional campaigns and relationship and benefits programs, opportunities for selected products and personalized services by any means, including telephone, email, SMS, pop ups, as well as the provision of this information to its affiliated companies and accredited business partners, as well as as well as to public authorities when, in this case, requested or legally required.

· EASY FOLLOW will only use the User's personal information for the purposes indicated in these Terms and in accordance with the Application's Privacy Policy. If the User does not want to use the monitoring functionality of the Application.

Jurisdiction

· These Terms are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation of the Federative Republic of Brazil, and, in the event of any dispute arising out of these Terms or in relation to the Application, the Brazilian Courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute, in accordance with current legislation.
